A fixed-scope engagement establishing the governance structure a board needs to exercise meaningful AI oversight, mandate, composition, cadence, management interface, and quarterly dashboard metrics aligned to natipanlly recognized 2026 standards.
Governance Oversight Retainer
An ongoing monthly advisory relationship that monitors AI governance posture, tracks regulatory developments, and provides the board with quarterly evidence of governance continuity. The retainer engages the full FirstPrinciple advisory team as needed — not a one-time deliverable.

A note on independence. FirstPrinciple Advisory evaluates AI vendors and implementations. Our team does not build or implement them. This is a deliberate structural choice — the firm grading your AI vendor's work should not also be one of the vendors competing for that contract.
